How it works
The shape of an engagement.
Every engagement starts in the same place: separating what is structural from what looks personal. The diagnostic identifies which foundations are creating the bottleneck. Where you go from there depends on whether the work is yours alone or the organisation’s.
The programs run weekly, with a twelve-week minimum. That floor is deliberate. Structural change takes longer than a quarter to hold, and anything shorter tends to revert the moment attention moves elsewhere.

Schedule online, complete a brief questionnaire, and spend ninety minutes on whatever is most pressing. You get Cameron’s full attention and a recording of the call.

Which one
The difference is contact time and reach.
The Fellowship works on you, in a group. The Accelerator adds direct time with Cameron. Foundations extends past you into the team and the board.

When it is the whole organisation
Three days · $20,000 · the leadership team in the room
A direct organisational intervention offsite that runs over three days with the leadership team. All ten foundations, worked through in three days, cleaning up the entire organisation in one hit. It is a proven process.
The alternative is doing it one layer at a time over a year, while the parts you have not reached yet keep pulling against the parts you have.
