From Billions to Trillions makes the argument — that the $50 trillion gap closes only when the people who create outcomes can hold a stake in them. Impact Platforms tests it against the field, surveying 150 organisations already trying, and finds they neither share data nor move capital. Project 1800 takes the third of its scenarios and builds it, in water and sanitation, for the Senegal River Basin. A rising tide lifts all boats carries the same method into marine conservation four years later, and asks what it costs organisations to keep their knowledge to themselves.
