Cameron has a reputation for rapidly bringing focus to impact innovators across hundreds of organisations — from micro-entrepreneurs in frontier markets to international foundations and massive multi-stakeholder initiatives. Compassionate, fierce, and strategic, his approach is brutally practical: stop assuming responsibilities that break you, start designing structures that sustain you.
His work has been trusted by the Gates, Rockefeller, and Bertelsmann Foundations, development agencies including GIZ, SDC, and USAID, and major NGOs including Mercy Corps, Oxfam, and GAVI. Whether preventing founder burnout at a climate tech startup or redesigning leadership structures for a global NGO, Cameron helps leaders question what they’ve assumed, redesign what they’ve built, and create missions that run on design, not on one person.
He is writing a book on the argument, and running the research that tests it against the sector rather than against his own experience of it.
Currently based in Pau in the foothills of the French Pyrenees, Cameron is a co-founder and CEO at Armillaria, and co-founder and Executive Director at Holo Ventures.
